MyCebu.ph, with the support of Philippine wireless leader Smart Communications Inc, the Cebu City Government, Sinulog Foundation, Inc. and other partners, has published a guidebook for Sinulog 2012. This guidebook is available for free download at the Mactan Cebu International Airport, Ayala Center Cebu, malls, hotels, restaurants and other tourism establishments in Cebu.
