A regular loft has floor area of 122 square meters, a deluxe loft spans 130 square meters, while premium lofts are the biggest units at 153 square meters.
The Penthouses are two-level units with two private balconies and a spacious terrace on the second level for the deluxe and premium lofts.
They are finished units with painted walls, partitions and ceilings, tiled floors, bathroom fixtures, electrical provision for water heaters in all showers, bedroom closets, kitchen sink, cabinets, and countertops, service area with washing machine and dryer, provision for aircon openings and outlets, as well as individual porch for privacy and convenience.
