It is the second low density condominium project of Primary Homes, Inc. after The Courtyards at Banawa, a P300-million development that introduced Cebu’s first “walk-up” units.

The units are targeted for people who feel confined in medium-rise to high-rise buildings, said Primary Homes vice president for sales and marketing Ramero Espina.

It is also for those who want to cash in on the booming property rental business by investing in a unit or units at The Courtyards in Brookridge, he added, citing that there are a lot of students not from Cebu but studying here who need a place to stay.

Clusters A, B, and C will have three floors while Clusters D to J of The Courtyards at Brookridge will have four floors.

Potential buyers can choose from studio to two-bedroom units that range in size from 14 to 59 square meters. Finished condo units already have painted walls, partitions and ceiling, tiled floors, tiled toilet and bath with bathroom fixtures, provision for a water heater in the shower, kitchen sink and countertop as well as cabinets.

Except for the studios, all other units have service areas for a washing machine and dryer. Some one-bedroom and two-bedroom units come with their own balconies, from where one can best enjoy the greenery.

Each building cluster gets its own open courtyard with manicured gardens, mini-playground, and strolling lane. It also comes with its own fire detection and alarm system and a back-up power generator so condo owners need not suffer from outages.

Additional amenities for the whole condominium community include a swimming pool and clubhouse, pedestrian bridge, shooting hoops, and wastewater treatment facility.
