No electricity disconnection for cities of Cebu, Mandaue while under MECQ
Visayan Electric will implement a no disconnection policy in areas under MECQ, specifically the cities of Cebu and Mandaue, until August 15. This is pursuant to a memorandum from the Department of Energy dated August 6, which the electric utility received Tuesday.
