To highlight the hope for good health and a better year ahead and showcase a premium development, Taft Properties ushered in its Comforts of Christmas campaign with a tree lighting ceremony capped with fireworks and a preview of Tower Two at Soltana Nature Residences in the island of Mactan.

“What better place to light a Christmas tree, this enduring tradition of the festive season, than right under the stars while enjoying the Christmas breeze. You are, after all, with nature here in Soltana,” Taft Properties Chairman and President Jack Gaisano said in his message during the event.

Soltana Nature Residences Christmas tree lighting

Soltana in Barangay Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City is a sprawling 5.7-hectare real estate project with the biggest open space of any development in Cebu, he added.

Gaisano led the lighting of the Christmas tree set up at the spacious outdoor area accompanied by Taft Properties Chief Operating Officer Myra Lynn Gilig, Tourism, Cultural and Historical Affairs Commission Chair Cynthia “Cindi” Chan, and other guests.

Master planned community

Soltana Nature Residences is a master planned enclave of eight buildings with commercial and retail components amid wide open spaces, Gilig explained in a project preview. A skydeck will run through all residential towers once completed.

What’s special about Tower Two, which will rise beside the first building, is it will be zoned based on market needs, she added. The ground floor will feature commercial facilities.

The first seven floors will be the Premium Residences while the eighth to ninth levels will be the prime and coveted Garden Residences. Garden units will have two levels and come with a terrace as well as exclusive access to the Sky Garden that will feature a beautiful view of the sea and silhouette of the Bohol mountains.

According to Gilig, the 10th to 14th floors make up the Serviced Residences and are a good choice for investors since these are guaranteed prime investment.

Communion with nature

With units that are bigger than the typical condominium building, Soltana embodies the Comforts of Christmas concept that Taft has launched for the yuletide season.

What’s special about a home in a Taft development is it takes into account the small details that are often overlooked in the grand design but contribute a big part to a great living experience.

Regular activities like dining in or eating out, fitness activities, swimming, lounging or chilling out with a book transform into a communion with nature at Soltana.

“We are committed to the development of meaningful projects that offer an exceptional way of life, which is exactly what Soltana Tower Two is all about,” Giling said, citing that the master planned community seeks to elevate the quality of life in an island where people seek comfort from all the congestion.
