Rise of COVID-19 cases in Central Visayas

There has been a noticeable increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in Central Visayas in the past weeks. The rise led Dr. Eugenia Mercedes Cañal, regional head of the DOH Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit, to say that the region is experiencing a third wave.
