Homegrown developer Priland Development Corporation topped off its first residential condominium, Northwoods Place, over a year since it started construction in August 2019.
“Priland stays true to its word in delivering quality projects as scheduled. The pandemic has been hard on everyone, but we exerted all our efforts to be able to top off Northwoods Place by 2020. The team has been working hard to achieve this goal in just 16 months of construction,” said Priland Development Corporation President Ramon Carlo Yap.
The 1,817 sqm vertical project is set to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2021.
