Dynamic and proactive mass housing developer Sunberry Homes, Inc. reaped three awards from the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) or Pag-Ibig.
It received an Award of Recognition as the No. 9 Housing Developer in the Visayas in terms of Takeout Loan Value for the year 2017.
Sunberry also received two special citations for the Highest Performing Loans Ratio and the award for the Highest Performing Accounts Ratio among top housing developers in the Visayas.
Pag-Ibig Fund CEO Acmad Rizaldy Moti handed the awards in ceremonies held on March 9, 2018 at the Cebu Grand Convention Center.
Quality projects
The award is also Pag-Ibig Fund’s expression of thanks for the company’s invaluable trust and support in the government agency’s housing programs by delivering quality loans.
The recognition that Sunberry Homes received is very significant for the company as it reflects the trust of buyers in the quality of company projects and handling of accounts and the overwhelming support of HDMF, said President and CEO Beverly Dayanan.
