Three months after the opening of its second Information Technology (IT) building, Cebuano property developer Oakridge Realty Development Corp., held last March 2, the groundbreaking of the Oakridge IT Center 3 (OITC 3), located within the Oakridge Business Park.
Once completed, the OITC 3, which is the second phase of the company’s three-year development plan, will add another 14,000 square meters of leasable space to its current 24,000 sq m.
OITC 3’s ground floor area will cater to food and retail establishments, while the 5th to the
12th floors will have more office spaces.
Redefine Oakridge Business Park
Its design is differentiated by expansive common use areas, three-level podium parking, 24-hour generator set with 100% back up power, drop off points for PWD, and Telco cabinets per floor, among others.
Like its “twin-building,” the Oakridge IT Center 2, OITC 3 is envisioned to redefine the business and leisure landscape of Oakridge Business Park.
The OITC 3 is set for completion by the second quarter of 2019.
The next phase of the company’s developmental plan will include the construction of an atrium connecting both buildings that will showcase an entertainment facility and more dining options.
Small to medium cut spaces
Oakridge’s vision for both 12-story buildings is to continually support companies requiring small to medium cut spaces offering an array of spaces beginning from the smallest 47 square meters up to a full floor plate area of 1,700 sq m. All these options while keeping the rates competitive.
The building expansions are set to reinforce ORDC’s commitment to create a well-balanced work-play environment for its BPO and office clients, while preparing to bring in more retail brands, dining choices, and entertainment and wellness facilities.
Oakridge Business Park is a distinct business address located along A.S. Fortuna Street, Mandaue City.
It features landscaped open areas demonstrating how business and leisure can come together in a balanced space, while complementing its refreshing modern architecture.
