To keep up with the emergence of more discerning buyers, Mandani Bay Quay launched the third and last residential tower in the second phase of the waterfront development with its first ever fully-furnished units.

It will not just be throwing in furniture and appliances together though as the interior will be styled by world-renowned designer Ptang Studio Limited, said HTLand Project Director Gilbert C. Ang.

There will still be room to personalize the units as the design will favor neutral colors, he added. Facing west with a great view of the sunset, the new tower will have six elevators, generous common areas that include a lobby, and an exclusive amenity area called the Active Zone made up of mostly al fresco spaces.

Tower 3 will also come with a dedicated mobile app integrated into the building’s fully digitized access system so homeowners can program it to open the main door and even pay for water and condo dues, according to HTLand Project Advisor Jeffrey Lun.

Fully-furnished units

With the studio, studio plus (comes with a balcony), and one-bedroom units already fully furnished, homeowners can conveniently move in immediately after turnover.

Finishes include tiled floors, granite countertops, and laminated fibreboard cabinets. The units will already have a bed with mattress and side tables, two-seater sofa bed, smart tv rack, wall mirror, and wardrobe cabinet.

It also comes with a two-burner induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. A glass shower partition and water heater are already part of the toilet and bath. Additional fixtures include the bluetooth lockset on the main door, LED light, and blackout blinds.

Mandani Bay market

Sales Head Audrey Villa said the complete furnishing makes it easy for overseas Filipinos, who are out of the country and represent a big percentage of the Mandani Bay market.

He added that with the Mandani Bay Quay towers being launched one after the other, turnovers will also follow the same pattern. The first tower is scheduled for turnover by 2020, followed by the next building six months after, and so on.

Tower 3 was launched on November 27, 2019 during the Mandani Bay Thanksgiving Concert featuring world-class and renowned singer Gary Valenciano with special performance by Jona, who rose to fame via GMA 7’s Pinoy Pop Superstar. The event is the developer’s way of thanking its unit owners, partners, and employees.

Lifestyle destination

Developed by HTLand, Inc., a joint venture of Hongkong Land and Taft Properties, Mandani Bay is a world-class 20-hectare waterfront township development with stunning coastal and city vistas.

“With Mandaue Bay Quay Tower 3, we hope to continue our legacy of transforming Cebu into a world-class lifestyle destination by giving residents a taste of elevated urban living the Mandani Bay way,” added Lun.

Mandani Bay will have total portfolio of 5,000 units for the two phases of the development, with about 88 percent already sold out.
