MCIA Terminal 2’s airport bar, The Cabin by London-based travel F&B operator SSP, was named as Asia Pacific Airport Bar of the Year in the Airport Food and Beverage (FAB) Awards held in Dallas, Texas on June 27, 2019. The Cabin Bar is the first full bar operating inside a Philippine airport.
The Cabin Bar exudes a resort feel with its open, flowing concept and wide, spacious countertops. The open bar allows customers to see the creativity and technique of the staff while preparing the drinks. Situated in a very central and visible location in the airport, the Cabin Bar surely stands out with its bright, blue chairs and towering canopy.
