Dimsum lovers get a treat from Jpark Island Resort and Waterpark with a special promo at its Ching Hai Restaurant.

The resort’s Chinese restaurant offers a set menu of nine dishes that’s good for two to three persons at only P999 net of government tax and service charge.

Joseph Singson, assistant Food and Beverage (F&B) manager, said they are targeting walk-in and day use guests with their Dimsum Specials package. The menu includes such dishes as prawn and shanghai dumplings, siomai, deep-fried bean curd skin with shrimps, yang chow fried rice, taro puff, and mango sago.

Ala carte servings are also available, Singson added. In the regular menu are appetizers, soup, seafood, poultry, vegetarian, rice and noodle dishes, as well as desserts.

What sets Ching Hai apart from other Chinese restaurant is it has private rooms that can accommodate a small group of four to a big one of 20 diners. Chef Kenny Yong Tze Hin, a Malaysian-Chinese, is the main restaurant chef.
