Europe’s number one lingerie brand, Etam, unveils at its Ayala Center Cebu branch its Spring/Summer 2011 collection, which carries pieces that “reflect the timeless class and sophistication found only in France.”
Etam lingerie offers style and function and is for the modern Filipina who is not afraid of mixing and matching her innerwear with outerwear, said Frank Briones of Thinline, Etam’s marketing partner.
Briones and Etam branch manager Kim Reyes presented on Thursday the brand’s swimwear and lingerie as well as loungewear and sleepwear collection that comes in simple and plain designs, playful and feminine forms, or elegant and sexy cuts.
Jeff Songco of Thinline said the lingeries are complemented by accessories like stockings, bags, pouches, footwear, and feathery handcuffs.
Reyes said the Etam Cebu store is the second opened in Southeast Asia; the first was launched in Manila in November last year. Etam Cebu opened in December 2010.
Etam Cebu’s everyday wear line is distinguished by its cotton cloth and simple designs while seduction pieces come in satin and lace.
Reyes explained that Etam’s push-up brassiere products have pads that contain moisture and air so they feel comfortably real.
The lace used for sexy ensembles is made from the softest material to ensure comfort at all times, she added.
Other products include pajamas in hues of pink and blue and panties, which are also sold in affordable packs. Prices for Etam products range from around 300 to 2,000 pesos.
The Etam lingerie store is at Level 1 in Ayala Center, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City. It is near Mango and right across the Starbucks coffeeshop inside the mall.
Etam, a popular French lingerie store, has nearly 5,000 stores all over the world. Russian supermodel Natalia Vodianova is Etam ambassador and one of the designers behind the brand’s new lingerie line.
