The month-long sale is ongoing in branches in Banilad, N. Bacalso, Mactan, Consolacion, and Minglanilla and provides up to 70 percent off on prices of tiles, sanitary ware and plumbing fixtures, chandeliers, lightings, and DIY products.
Michael Co, Cebu Home and Builders Centre Chief Executive Officer, said the sale is storewide and covers almost all products but the really big discounts are on the special house brands like Estillo, Studio, Luxe, Fino, and Cool.
The homegrown Cebuano brand’s MIDYEAR BIG SALE is to help generate more economic activities for Cebu, intended particularly to counter the slowdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, he added.
Huge discounts, exceptional deals
Customers can expect exceptional deals on almost all products at Cebu Home and Builders Centre throughout June. Every Sunday of the sale month, an extra 2% discount is added to the regular price off on selected items.
The Tile and Bath section features the B on B or BIG discounts on BIG tiles as well as white and cement tiles plus other amazing offers. Shoppers can check out the Tile and Bath deals at the Pavilion in Banilad.
Those who prefer to shop online can visit www.cebuhomebuilders.com and still take advantage of the same discounts offered in the physical stores. Expansion plans
COO James Co said that while the pandemic might have delayed the execution of expansion plans, Cebu Home and Builders Centre is looking forward to adding branches in different locations.
The pre-pandemic plan was to put up four new branches in Cebu and there’s a big chance that one can be opened by the second quarter of 2022 in the southern part of the province.
He added that the N. Bacalso branch started at the height of the pandemic in April and they didn’t get to formally launch it.
CEO Michael Co said while store sales have yet to catch up with pre-pandemic times, it has started to pick up. He expects things to greatly improve when Cebu achieves a certain level of immunity through vaccination.
