SunKai Land, Inc. has broken ground on its first project, the residential condominium SunVida Tower on Juan Luna Avenue, one of the main thoroughfares of Cebu City.

The groundbreaking ceremony last November 20 was led by Hope Melencion, Sunkailand head of operations; Michael Estomata , Project Development Head), engineer Ramonsito Uy, president and owner of Vineyard Construction; and representatives of SunVida Tower Unit Owners. The project site was blessed by The Rev. Fr. Eduardo M. Cabug, team member of the Archdiocesan Shrine of St. Therese of the Child Jesus, Lahug, Cebu City.

SunVida Tower completion

Construction of the 30-storey building will begin immediately. SunVida is expected to be completed by December of 2018 and delivered in the first quarter of 2019.

“SunKailand is proud to have launched this project and looks forward to many happy lives lived in its premises,” Melencion said.

With 72 percent of its 543 units already sold just four months after its launch, SunVida Tower is a Cebuano success story waiting to be told.

The success of SunVida Tower is attributed to three factors – strategic location, flexible designs and value for money – adequately fulfilling SunKailand’s mission of contributing to the growth of the metropolis as a prime economic mover, the company said in a press statement.

Central location

The project enjoys the distinction of being the most reasonably priced in its category. Units are currently offered on exciting financing schemes. One can own a SunVida unit on a P9,000 monthly installment scheme.

The tower, located within the central business district, is designed in the modern Asian contemporary scheme dominated by vibrant hues. Each residential unit will have either a harbor, city or mountain view. Some of the condominium’s units can be merged to create bigger spaces for bigger families.

The project has the city right at its doorstep. It is close to three major shopping destinations, with SM City Cebu just a few steps away. It is also within the area of churches and schools and a short drive to the Cebu City harbor and the Mactan-Cebu International Airport.

SunKai Land plans

Security and privacy are highly valued within the property. The building has 24-hour security service with closed-circuit television cameras, a private and security drop-off, three high-speed passenger elevators and 100 percent power back-up.

Amenities, which will be installed on the building’s sixth level, include an adult infinity pool, a kiddie pool and a fitness gym. The community will also have meeting rooms.

A grand lobby and retail and commercial hub complete the enviable city living experience.

With the brisk uptake of SunVida Tower, SunKai Land is looking to develop more properties to serve a growing investor and end-user market. (Press Release)
