RE-ELECTIONIST Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama, who lost in the mayoralty race to Tomas Osmeña, refused to accept the result and will file a protest over his loss. Osmeña got 266,556 votes, while Rama got 232, 641. Rama said he lost some 50 votes from each precinct due to the vote-counting machines and accused Osmeña of cheating.

Baga sya’g nawng. Wala siya’y uwaw. Nanikas siya and molingkod pa gyud siya? I hope that the law will bring justice to the votes of Cebuanos who voted for the right man. Mayor Mike Rama.

The first step is to listen. Before you start making a decision, you have to consult the different sectors to find out how they feel about. I know what I want, I’ve been mayor before. But I have to reconcile, evaluate what the sentiments are. Mayor-elect Tomas Osmeña.

Ang kasing-kasing sa Bisaya adto gayud laban sa iskgka-Bisaya. People are looking for performance, not words and Davao City speaks volumes of what he has done. We look forward to a Duterte presidency that has a clear and decisive action against illegal drugs, criminlaiy and corruption. Former Cebu governor Gwen Garcia
