Great news for Cebuano trend seekers and stylephiles! Dr. Martens has opened a pop-up store in SM Cebu to offer customers a wider access to the iconic brand’s vast range of styles.

Dr. Martens has been championing individuality since 1960 when the first pair of 1460 boots rolled off the production line at its original Cobbs lane factory in Northampton, England.

The 1460 8-boot, named after the date it was created on the 1st of April 1960, sets the precedent for the Dr. Martens Originals offer. The next year at the same date the 1461 3-eye shoe was introduced, first marketed as “a stout shoe made from all the same materials as the 1460 which can be worn for working or sporting occasions.” Popularized in the early 80s as a fashion item when students, musicians and notably girls adopted it, making it an everyday staple.
